Does easy pay work with debit cards?

I am a newbie to QVC and would like to know if a debit card with the Visa logo counts as a major credit card. I noticed major credit card on the tv for the easy/flex pay. I cut up all my credit cards and only spend money I have, but find it easier mentally to pay 100.00 a month for 6 months, rather than drop 600.00 at one time. Appreciate your input.
