On the Go Bag

Anyone have the On the Go bag? I have watched the video of it and still have trouble determining if it will be large enough for me. I love the shape of it and the crossbody option. I am currently carrying the Saddle Up but would like a bag that zips. Any opinions out there? Thanks for your help.

I have an On the Go bag and like it. For me, it's plenty roomy and holds everything I carry. The only thing I would like is a longer strap. It fits cross-body, but I would like the strap to be a little longer. I also have a Hipster and love that bag. It's roomy and has a longer strap. The next bag I have my eye on is the Quick Draw. Once I bought my first Vera bag, I was hooked and now have 5 of them.

Thank you for the information. I have the hipster and like it too. I think I'm becoming addicted to Vera Bradley bags. Do you think the On the Go bag holds more than the hipster?

I have a Hipster and the On the Go...the On the Go has more thickness to it but all-in-all they probably hold close to the same amount imo. The On the Go has a removable base (if you like having that) but both have great straps that are easily adjusted. I feel like my hipster is just that-hipper! The On the Go has a very traditional look to it.

Love them both Wink

You will love the On the Go bag. I own two and have one hipster that I use as a Kindle bag and a place to keep all my chargers. It's great for that with all the pockets. The on the go is larger IMO. I can carry a full size wallet, makeup bag and all sorts of odds and ends in the inside. Keys in the outside zip pocket and my cell in the side pocket. I keep the strap shorter for a shoulder bag most of the time but for outdoor activities I use it as a cross body. I'm tall and the stap is plenty big for me.

the quick draw is wonderful. I like the saddle up - a bit roomier than the hipster. The hipster is great too. I just love my crossbody bags.

I own the hipster, saddle up, and on the go. Of these three I prefer the on the go. The hipster doesn't hold all the stuff I need. It seems everything ends up jumbled together at the bottom of the saddle up and items are hard to find quickly. I like the saddle up's roominess and the pockets under the flap, but I really prefer a solid bottom in my bags....and of those three, the on the go is the only one with a solid bottom. The two end pockets on the outside of the on the go are handy for a cell phone and keys.

I have two 'On The Go' bags. Love them both and have found they have ample room for everything I carry. My favorite VB bag is 'Lisa B' which is being discontinued. I have like 6 or 7 Lisa B's. (I ordered most of them when they were on sale at the VB website for $21.00) {#emotions_dlg.unsure} I suspect Little Betsy is being discontinued soon too...as this style didn't come out in the 2011 winter colors. I only wish they were Made in the USA!
