Happy September and Labor Day! This could turn out to be a pretty good day too if things break just right. Caleb started playing with the idea of putting up Frankie opposite Nicole last night and seems to really want to do it, but he wants to be absolutely sure he has the votes to evict Frankie if he puts him up. He plopped the idea down in front of Derrick and Cody and while Cody totally embraced the idea, Derrick was Mr. Noncommittal and offered all kinds of pros and cons leaving Caleb confused. (Cody has wanted Frankie gone for weeks.)
Caleb sent Derrick off on a reconnaissance mission to find out who Nicole would nominate if she won HOH with the only wrong answer being Caleb, so Derrick consulted Victoria first who said Nicole would put up Cody and Christine, then he approached Nicole who also said Christine and maybe Victoria as a pawn. Cody and Derrick then consulted on this and agreed it was the best move to get Frankie out now. They shook hands and said it was a done deal. They then went back upstairs to talk to Caleb at which point Derrick reverted to "Derrick the Waffler" listing pros and cons but not fully endorsing putting Frankie up. Quite literally as I type this the three are still debating things.
They'd better put Frankie up as he's picked up that they're considering it and will in all likelihood put them up if he gets the chance this week. Caleb wants Frankie up and out after learning more of the lies that Frankie has been spreading including most recently that the plan to save Donny was all Caleb's idea when Frankie brought it to him and sold it to him. He's also still annoyed that Frankie's lies got Amber out of the house. They also had someone one outside the house last night yelling that Frankie was killing Caleb and Derrick in his diary room sessions. (I'm still betting that's Grodner herself trying to save the season.) Nicole's social game is really saving her right now. Pretty much everyone there likes her and that's keeping her alive.
At this very moment, it looks like Frankie will be going up. Derrick is now saying that Nicole would definitely put up Christine (which is what Caleb wants to hear) and they all agree that Nicole is less of a competitor and easier to beat in comps than Frankie. Derrick suggested that just putting Frankie up wouldn't necessarily mean he's going home either as they'd have until Thursday to decide, but Caleb put the kibosh on that and said if he's putting Frankie up then Frankie's going home. Caleb thinks Frankie would beat him in the end and he'd be a fool to keep him when he has the chance to take him out now. Derrick has now come up with two categories, who is better at comps and who has a clear target? They agree that Frankie is better at comps and Nicole has a clear target in Christine and likely won't come after them. Barring yet more waffling this looks like a done deal and today's POV ceremony could be pretty entertaining with King Frankie taking his place alongside the peasant Nicole. Christine's apt to be a bit surprised at this turn of events as she's being kept out of the loop so far.
Now, as soon as I post this they'll all change their minds and decide to just put up Victoria and evict Nicole, but right now, it looks like we could be seeing the end of Frankie in the BB 16 house. (God help Zach in the jury house when Frankie the groper gets there.) If (and this is a big if) things play out this way we could see the first true shift in power in the house. Frankie's one of the two big movers in the house and getting rid of him leaves only Derrick as the big mover. Now while Derrick may prefer to keep Frankie as a human shield, there is the risk to Derrick of keeping him too long and Frankie evicting Derrick. If the right person won HOH on Thursday (Christine perhaps) and put up Derrick and got him out in the double eviction, then the whole house would be up for grabs. We could have an interesting week coming up. Who knew they still did that in BB?
And the meeting finally ends and at 4:07 AM BB time when they all agree they have to send Frankie home. Then at 4:14 AM BB time they decide, "Well, let's wait and make a final decision in the morning before the POV ceremony." Ugh!!!! These people! For God's sake make a big move! The idiot's hanging there begging to be killed. Kill him!!!!!!! Make the move! Nicole's less of a threat and more of an ally. We won't know for sure what's going to happen until after the POV ceremony today. This will either be another boring week or a fun week and we'll find out which later this afternoon. I'll post back when I know the results.

Now caleb is waffling, LOL. He still thinks America loves Frankie and will hate him if he gets Frankie out. Man these guys are idiots.

Yay! Great news!

And all hopes are dashed once again. They are back on the evict Nicole train and are going to bed now as most of us are getting up for the day. Maybe Caleb will change his mind again as he sleeps, but I don't have much hope unless BB pipes in subliminal messages in the HOH room while he sleeps. What a dope.

Boo! Bad news! I'm not even going to keep up with this until it's time for the ceremony. It's too frustrating.

I would die laughing if they flashed the Jokers fan ratings of the house guests on the big screen in the living room. The bottom five right now are Frankie (dead last), Christine, Cody, Derrick and Caleb. The top five are Donny, Zach, Nicole, Hayden, and Amber. It would absolutely blow their little minds to see those ratings. They think Frankie is adored and instead he's reviled. Frankie and Christine have been living at the bottom of the popularity poll now for weeks. All it would take is one person in production to just "mistakenly" flash that on the screen for a minute or two and we'd have hours of entertainment as they tried to digest what they saw.
Frankie would be convinced they posted it upside down. Derrick would freak out to see how unpopular he is compared to Donny. Everyone in the house would suddenly like Nicole to try and become more popular. (By the way, the next most popular surviving house guest to Nicole is Victoria and she's ranked tenth.) Why can't they ever make those kinds of production "mistakes?" Let them see how America really feels about them and see how that affects things. It could be a lot of fun. Maybe even give them the choice to see the poll.
Imagine on Thursday's show Julie asks them, "Houseguests, we've heard many of you speculating on your popularity and wanting to see your place on the Jokers Updates popularity poll. If you all decide you want to know, I can let you see their poll now. What do you say?" Everyone's hands would go up and up it would flash. "What????" would be a common reaction with many open mouths and muttered curses. "Is that real?" they'd ask Julie. Julie would reply, "It is indeed. So, now you know. We'll be back for the live vote in a few minutes."
When they'd come back the house guests would all be convincing themselves that the show must be presenting a very skewed version of the game for if they were showing what really went on everyone would love them. Clearly the producers are editing the show to make them look bad. (In fact the bottom five have gotten a very generous edit on the show.) It could definitely liven things up on the feeds after the show.
If Frankie does get voted out this week and he goes out to lukewarm applause or even a few boos, they'll start to figure things out a bit more.
