I have watched the ad for the Spin Mop tons of times and was wondering if anyone here has used it. I have a Haan steamer and the Don Aslett microfiber mop, but always looking for another mop to clean my tile floors, which cover most of the floors in my home. Anyone out there have any experience with this mop?

I bought one for my DIL who struggled terribly with her ceramic tile floor. I let her try my steamer and my microfiber mop and neither worked very well for her. I saw it was a TSV on HSN some time before Christmas and ordered it for her. SHE LOVES IT. Says it's easy to use, moving much easier on the surface than the microfiber pad mop, and get the grout areas much better than the steamer. Enjoying my retirement 1 cup of coffee at a time. Weird, I just bought a new mop at Walmart. I have the microfiber mop and a steam mop and I am looking for something better. I just bought a bucket and new mop. I used it last night and wasn't happy with that either. I wished I would have saved my money. I'd like to try the spin mop now. It's just like the other spin mops from the Q and HSN......but, no tax and they had free shipping the day I ordered ours from SNBC......and our bucket and mop is pink and navy.....LOL. My husband and I love that thing. We also have a Hahn and other mops and such......but this spin mop in the BOMB. My husband even raves about it......now if a man raves about a mop......just sayin. kittykatkay1334763251.15315476 PostsRegistered 2/24/2011 I also got one during the TSV on HSN. I love mine. Isn't it something that one channel like HSN starts selling something and then once it becomes a big seller, other shopping channels (the Q started selling this a year later) try and get on the bandwagon? Oh well, it is a great mop. Anniecamp1335638541.7433065 PostsRegistered 10/6/2004 I've had the Spin Mop for about a year and absolutely love it. Dh thinks it's just the best as well. Doubt that you'd be sorry if you get one. It has a slight learning curve though, so give it a little bit of time to get it right. blueskies1335641861.186210 PostsRegistered 10/6/2004 I bought it from another shopping channel. It does a good job of cleaning. It is nice to be able to " spin" most of the water from a mop. I do have 2 complaints. The bucket is heavy when filled, and they should redesign to add wheels. Also, there is a learning curve when using the mop. The plastic mop head base, tends to turn over when using mop across floor. I found I could stop that from happening , if I held the handle closer to the floor......at a smaller angle between the floor and handle. I find it a little difficult to use. DH is better able to use this mop ; his family had one and the kids had to help clean house.....says it takes getting used to. Hope it works out for you. " Good morning star shine , the Earth says

I was aware of the flimsiness of the handle and worked accordenly but my husband used it one time when I wasn't home and broke it within seconds. I was so surprised that they sold replacement mop heads and buckets but no handle. Surely I can't be the only one with a broken handle.
