If you call customer service they might give you the information now. The item number is E222587. You are unable to order the reduced price until Midnight but it does give all the features and accessories. Update- I hear the price will be $699 or slightly less with 5 payments. Yes you may be able to get it slightly cheaper at the Apple store but some people may need the payments. Last edited on 4/11/2012 What will the TSV price be ??? Just offer the item please. winamac11334182991.05323139 PostsRegistered 12/29/2010Indiana I already have an IPAD 1 for work and an IPAD 2 for home. I'm getting an IPAD 3 for work this July. I don't know why the Q is selling the 2 unless they are getting a fabulous deal on it. The IPad 2 is $399.00. It has to be a great price to buy an old iPad. Because many people don't think the new enhancements are worth the difference in cost. I just ordered a refurbished 64gb white iPad 2 for a little over $500, with a one year warranty which is the same as the new ones. Check out the price for this on an iPad3. barbados1334188021.43314405 PostsRegistered 5/21/2007 On 4/11/2012 kachina624 said: On 4/11/2012 barbados said: Why would anybody purchase it when the IPad 3 is out. geeeeeeeeeesh! Everyone has different priorities. However, I do have a problem with people that jump in to say that QVC is always ripping people off. As a general rule of thumb do people need the accessories that they always try to combine with everything. NO. However, unless you plan on walking into a B & M store, and paying outright for large ticket items, then you will be charging it to a credit card, paying interest and for most people I would hazard a guess, not paying it off in five or six months. The extra money that QVC may charge for some items, especially when it comes to electronics, is simply interest charges. (IMO) Also, when you pay it off in six months, because you have no choice it's done. Compare that to a person who may pay a lower rate of let's say $400.00. They charge it, and three years from now are still paying on the same item. icezeus1334197851.382944 PostsRegistered 10/30/2010Southern California On 4/11/2012 barbados said: On 4/11/2012 kachina624 said: On 4/11/2012 barbados said: Why would anybody purchase it when the IPad 3 is out. geeeeeeeeeesh! Sent from my iPad The Apple Store still offers the iPad 2. You can buy the iPad 2 from the Apple store, get free engraving and if you choose the "Bill Me Later" option, you can get 6 months free financing! I've heard that the new iPad 3 has a few bugs that need worked out. I do want an iPad but will seriously consider buying a new iPad 2 or a refurbished iPad from the Apple store. Plus FREE SHIPPING from Apple also!!!! On 4/11/2012 grand03ma said: The Apple is priced @ $299.00 at the Apple Store. The IPad 2 is $399.00. It has to be a great price to buy an old iPad. EXACTLY!!! Who in their right mind would pay twice as much for the same product?? And why would they have an iPad2 as their TSV!!! Wow, there's a sucker born every minute. Sad that they take advantage of some folks who might not know better. Seriously people go to Apple...You do not need all of the accessories they are selling. I love mine and I'm not about to upgrade to the iPad3 anytime soon as it's not THAT much of an upgrade to me. ~Debi~ barbados1334204084.78714405 PostsRegistered 5/21/2007 On 4/11/2012 icezeus said: On 4/11/2012 barbados said: On 4/11/2012 kachina624 said: On 4/11/2012 barbados said: Why would anybody purchase it when the IPad 3 is out. geeeeeeeeeesh! Katey12611334204605.9472576 PostsRegistered 8/30/2008Texas Wow 16gb with 3g sold out. millieshops1334204804.8712653 PostsRegistered 3/15/2007 I don't mind at all that they're selling the 2. Lots of the best techies are still saying that for many people it's as good as or better than the 3. However, the price is another thing and I'm not nearly as sure of that. Of course - all the posts about Apples prices leave out the accessories, many of which lots of buyers do want and will buy. And Apple charges for every item. (I was annoyed when I bought a new comp[uter a few weeks ago - they don't even include a basic word processing program - extra $20 isn't much, but the smallest computer I would have considered was already $1799!) The complete bundle - I probably wouldn't do that. Doesn't really matter - it will probably be sold out before I decide and do some research on what the items in the bundle cost. For me, a Pad/Tablet is an expensive toy - and probably a toy I can live without as long as I have my laptop. Might have purchased one long ago if I were still working real estate- although even then, a notebook would no doubt have been just fine. It's only 16GB! Not able to increase space with micro SD card. I just looked at Verizon (which the 3G on this one is powered vy) and a 64 gb (SIXTY FOUR GB!!!!) Ipad 2 is only 700.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 16gb VS 64GB. Accessories can be bought in bits and pieces. The actual need is SPACE. I would never get a 16gb when a 64 GB is CHEAPER (the 3G) right on the Verizon site! It comes with what you need to upstart. It comes with the adapter, the charger, THE CASE, etc etc. The ONLY reason (and this is where QVC hedges it bets) is that people like the easy pay. Totally understandable, economy is tough. Not many people want to put 700-800 on a credit card. EASY PAY is the ONLY draw I see with this deal! But happy! happy! for those of you who do buy it! But remember. IPAD's do NOT play FLASH (which many many websites use). They play video that is in the hTML5 format, but not FLASH. Very frustrating when you can't play a video. HTML5 is not the leading format yet. Just know what you want, and what you NEED, before you jump and buy, then be disappointed :)
