To you other ladies I received my Test Tube and have only worn it once. It does have a rather weird texture very much like the Smashbox primer I wore a few years ago...maybe even very close to LG Spackle. Is this an a.m. moisturizer or a primer or? I like his laser line.
Is this just a moisturizer? Do I apply it after any serum I use? Do I need a moisturizer over it since I have dry skin? Thank u. Over 60
