I logged into my credit card account online and was really surprised at the balance. I looked at the recent activity and discovered that Philosophy charged me FIVE times for ONE purchase (it was for the 50% off sale on March 16). So, my $50 purchase shows up as $250 on my credit card. I looked at my Philosophy account just to make sure that I didn't submit the order multiple times. I only submited it once, so there must have been a glich in either Philosophy's software or the software for my credit card (Discover). The orders are still in the pending stage, so I can't dispute it until it's actually posted. I haven't called Philsophy yet, but I wondered if anyone else had the same problem. I guess billing like that would make the 50% off sale more profitable for them -- in the short-term anyway. LOL

Ugh, sorry that happened to you. I just checked my online banking, and thankfully I was only charged once. I'm wondering if in the "pending" stage, Philosophy could cancel the additional 4 charges, instead of you having to wait for them to be posted? When the charge actually goes through, it is just a one-time charge. I contacted philosophy cs the day after I discovered this error. Granted the rep was nice, but she never apologized for their error and certainly didn't offer any extra discount. I asked her if they were having issues with their website and she said "not that I know of". I let her know that I submitted my order only once. Luckily the charges are just pending until the 28th, but they do put a hold on my money when there shouldn't be one. My bank promptly called me to advise me of the problem. It has happened to me before with philosophy and other companies. I guess I should have gone through PayPal which I noticed was a new option when I ordered. I was charged 5 times for one pizza. It stayed as a memo post for about a week, and then cleared off of my account. Mine was a glitch on Dominos part.
