Is anyone having problems ordering via text message? I get the first message ok, then I get a second message asking me to enter the number of the choice I want. (ie color, size, etc)

Then I get a third message saying the item cannot be located. These items are not sold out and are available to order online.

What am I doing wrong?

Nothing. I used to order a lot by text. Some went through, some did what you are describing. It's like all things technological on QVC - there are many kinks to be worked out which never seem to be. I think when there are more choices for the item that it gets hung up.
