LaPan mini tablet

could anyone that purchased the LaPan mini tablet have it lock up on them when going on a web page , I would appreciate it if I could get some feed back on this and maybe tell me what to do to correct the problem.

My tablet does not freeze up, it does not charge the battery. I have had the tablet 3 months and I cannot get any help from the copmany. I think QVC should stop dealing with them.
