Wire cages, available at any nursery or hardware store.

Tomato cages, bamboo stakes and twine; last year I grew one in the corner of the deck and used the rails for support, with some twine - I let it vine over the top. I liked that because it looked very natural. I've grown them in hanging baskets and used the fence I hung them from for support, with twine (and some bamboo stakes).
