Anyone have their TSV GILI jacket not ship yet?

Hi ladies-- ordered my GILI TSV jacket on 12/5/14 when it was on air- early in the morning EST and received my order confirmation. BUT my jacket still hasn't shipped yet (it's 12/10/14). Is anyone else experiencing a severe delay in shipment of this jacket?

The charge was pending on my credit card for a couple of days but since Monday (12/8) it hasn't been there anymore. I'm confused- I've never run into an issue like this before with QVC.

I'm nervous I won't actually get the jacket!

I didn't order the jacket but I have a few orders pending from the 6th. I think it might just be due to Christmas rush that things are taking longer so I wouldnt worry about not getting the jacket. It's just a bit nerve wracking since we're used to things ship right away. You could call CS to inquire. I'll give mine a day or two then call. Good luck!
