I have the older version of bowler and love it as my dog's travel bag. It holds so much and is easy to zip open and find everything. My version has two magnetic flap pockets on the outside and zipper on the other outer side. Pockets inside too. If this one is as good as that older one it will be a big hit! Enjoy!

Good catch! I hadn't noticed that. Unfortunately, it is not a bag I am interested in. I have an Eloise(sort of similar in shape) in Night & Day which I LOVE!

I love bowler bags but I'm KNOW the strap length is not long enough for me. Especially with winter coming and i'm going to have on my winter coat. I still might order it...you know i LOVE VERA BAGS....but I surely have ENOUGH!!!!

Unfortunately this is the trend in the handbag industry. No one seems to listen to the cries for longer shoulder straps! The short strap is a deal breaker for me in any handbag line.
