I know right? I couldn't stop laughing at the caller. How embarrassing! The Serta rep on with Dan was beet red in the face. It was brutal to watch.

She did us all a service (not that I'd ever buy a mattress without trying it out in person) by letting us know that Serta's customer service may not be very good.

I didn't see it. But good for her for getting through. Too bad they don't get through for other products.

I didn't see what you're referring to although I did watch a little of the Dan show; but I can state that I bought a Serta in June and it's absolutely the best bed I've ever had or slept on. I don't know what the caller had an issue with - - but I was thinking about buying another for the guest room.
So - what was the issue? the bed or the delivery?

Doesn't sound like an appropriate way to complain. I suppose they couldn't just cut her off because that would look like they were trying to hide something.
