Another footware TSV with only medium widths? Why?

Why bother having a footware TSV without offering it in narrow and wide widths? Granted, Sketchers as a brand is a great offender of not offering any other width but medium, but I've always been surprised when a TSV is limited to one width. I don't know the statistics, but I'm sure they are cutting out a substantial share of the market, while at the same time annoying those same customers because they can't participate. And Sketchers are so comfortable, I know that this 8W probably would have purchased the TSV today - in several colors - but I can't.

I know and why can they not offer more easy pays on the TSV's? Even if it was just 2 easy pays I could have purchased these cute sketchers.

This is one of my pet peeves with the Q! Where are narrow width shoes?
