Somebody bought me my LG840. I wouldn't have bought it for myself. On HSN and the Q they make it sound like it's a smartphone. It's a basic phone. It's worthless on the net. Just use it for your email or weather...or use it as a backup/emergency phone.Last edited on 7/2/2013

The wanna be apps are in their own store, not Google play store. They deduct minutes.Last edited on 7/2/2013

I purchased a Tracfone TSV from QVC about a year and a half ago. I have the Tracfone LG800 (I believe) and it is not good for using the net. Mine eats up my minutes like crazy just trying to connect to the internet so I don't use it for that. I basically use my phone for basic phone calls, occasional texts, and I use the alarm for waking me up in the morning and that's it. I watched the presentation last night on this new one, and it is almost identical to the one I have but with a few tweaks here and there and, of course, the black or white choice and color cases. Overall, I'm happy with my Tracfone in that it does save me money and it does work well for just the basics, however, I'd probably go with a different phone if I wanted a true smartphone.
