website problems

This is the only place I can find to ask if anyone else is having problems with QVC website. I cannot log into my account because there is no log in field on the home page that comes up for me. If I click on my account or order status or wish list all I get is "page cannot be found" Customer service said they would report it, but it's been 2 days already and still no fix. Anyone else with this problem???

I can finally, after 5 days, sign in on my aol account and read the blogs, but I still can't get to the order page or my account page. Keeps saying page not found. And, the search bar and video's are still not working.

If you click on the tiny 'feedback +' at the very top right of every screen you'll have better luck than calling CS. I too have had multiple issues with the web site in the last couple weeks. Their IT dept should all hang their heads in shame! On top of that, Q's web site is one of the slowest I visit. There's not much excuse for it in my book.

i click on the "size for this garment" and get nothing. i kept trying to check a CIJ blanket and it kept going to a ornament. now, CIJ pricing is gone and i never got to see/order blanket. usually i've had good luck with this site but last few days have been rough.

I still have to log on twice - once to check my Order Status, and a second time to be able to post to these boards! It now is the morning of Monday, July 23rd. This started last week. I never had to log on twice in the past. {#emotions_dlg.mad}

Thank YOU for this thread!!!!! I have been calling CS since Thursday when I could not sign in to see my wish list/order status/forums and each CS person I talked to said it was MY computer! I kept seeing the 'page cannot be found' prompt and a friend of mine in another state was having the same problems, BUT CS insisted it was me! I have IE and I thought it was that........

I kept looking for an announcement on the homepage - which I could see - but nothing. I even went to another shopping channel's forums and saw a thread asking abut this problem!

And I agree, there is no excuse for it lasting as long as it did and for CS to not even acknowledge it :(

This morning it was fine, but I noticed the font and look of my wish list/order status is different which doesn't matter to me.

The upside is that I saved money the past 4 days :)

I am not having that problem. Seems there might still be some bugs in the system {#emotions_dlg.blink}

NO, it is not at its best (has it ever been?), no longer have my green dot thingies working, and there's that little spinney thing saying (website problems) constantly constantly constantly spinning. For as huge of a company they are, this is shameful that they can't fix basics for their website. Lecture over.

I havent been able to get to my account page for the past 4 days on my laptop. However, I have been able to access the page from the app on my iPhone. I don't understand what has changed but it's very frustrating. I wish the Q would fix the problem or at least give some kind of an update about what is going on!! I'm glad to know it's not just me, but others are having the same problem.

And I even had to enter my 4-digit PIN number (QVC account PIN, not bank PIN) AGAIN to go back to Order Status! Oh, brother!! {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Mine is finally working correctly. I think they are working on it. I don't have the little green dot and I wish the print was larger in the message box but I am able to navigate the bbs. I guess we just have to wait til they can get all the kinks out.
