Just like any pattern & customers that enjoy it, Tara will try to keep up with all the requests for it! It wouldn't surprise me if some of the OW colors sell out with it being the TSV for that day. And it is also being offered in FL which is also a very popular pattern!

So they phased out a similar set for this higher priced one?

I haven't seen what the 18 piece of TT set has in it so can't answer you on that. Maybe someone else has seen what the set includes, I would love to see all the pieces in this set before it goes on TSV.

TSVs always seem to be lower quality than regular merchandise - even Dooneys.

Count me OUT.

Who would want something even more poorly manufactured than regular TT?????

PLUS - 16 piece sets are around $60 now...18 piece bake & serve for $100 PLUS almost $20 more for S&H - what a rip off!!!!

Am I the only one who would appreciate smaller sets?? Like, three 1-1/2 qt. or 2 qt. with lids for freezing? Guess I'll have to make do with the TT pie plates...

Most pieces in this set will be a rehash of things offered before. See Temp-tationistas Anonymous facebook page for more details about what is in the set, as they have posted pics and descriptions there.

terrier3 is right about quality. I avoid the TSV offerings because they are cranking them out by the 100,000 or more and the quality is just not there.

The last several TSV's for TT have not come close to selling out. People are finding out that often the set can be had for less when it goes on clearance, or they offer a free shipping period on the product. Lots of the TSV offerings are producing "as is" offerings shortly as well.
