Anyone use Tarte powder shadows wet and do you like the performance and texture?

Most powder shadows are too flaky and powdery on me, so I use them wet. I really love IT shadows wet. I'm wondering about Tarte. Anyone use them wet and can you review and compare?

I, too love IT shadows and use the darker color set as liners. They hold up very well. I have not had the same experience with Tarte shadows. When using wet, the color saturation is not great and they do not last as long. They're ok dry as shadows, but still like IT better.
