Tarte self tanner auto ship - why can I change the ship date ?

I wanted to change the ship date, it only gives me an option to skip ?

I don't know why (and I've never ordered Tarte), but I do know occasionally, the ship date seems to be set in stone on some items. I'm pretty sure that when that has happened to me, something was being shipped directly from the vendor, not from a warehouse at QVC.

Have you tried a phone call to customer service?

I've had this happen when it ships directly for the vendor. I tried calling CS and they could not change it either. In my case, I had an unexpected expense and only wanted to delay till my next payday. I think CS changed my form of payment to "check" which delays shipment till they receive the check. When I got paid, I had them switch it back to my card.
