idea for polka dots

I love Susan Graver and so does my mother. I love the polka dot blouses that she creates. What about her popular 3 tiered top in a swiss dot? Plus in the summer you could have a tank 3 tiered top also in the dot. How cute would that be with capris or bermuda shorts? Just a thought. What are your thoughts on that type of top. Sounds whimsy, huh?
