TSV jacket & tank in velvet

What is wrong with me??? I just received Graver's TSV that I pre ordered via e mail 'cause I thought it would be so great for Holiday parties - WRONG! I got it today, tried it on and it is on it's way back - dashed to the post office like a nut. This is such a rag that I could not even bear to look at myself in it - It made me look so busty (I am a 38D) but looked like I wore an F cup. it was wrinkled hung like a dish rag -the fabric was so chintzy - velvet? sure didn't drape like velvet does - what more can I say. I always buy these things, then kick myself afterwards - shipping charges galore. I am done, done, done - no more for me til the next urge kicks in. It all looks so great on line and TV. Truly poorly made garments. So disappointed all the time. Pricing gets higher and quality goes down the drain.
