White Glove Delivery

I would love to purchase your Duraflame electric fireplace/media center, but I live alone and would never be able to get it up my staircase. Could you please, PLEASE consider offering White Glove Delivery on your larger, heavier pieces? I would gladly pay extra to get these wonderful items into my home.

I agree with this suggestion. There was an ottoman that turned into a bed that I just really wanted and never seen it offered anywhere but I was wondering how in the world it would be delivered to my apartment.

I agree, too....fortunately I live on a first floor apartment and I usually can drag heavy items into the place...but in the past I was always on a second floor and would never be able to do that...
