Can someone please explain why the models are wearing sunglasses so often? How wearing the sunglasses help with selling the products since they are being shown in an inside set.

Maybe if someone is on the fence about buying an outfit, they can see how fantastic they'll look just by adding sunglasses. Sale!

Isaac uses them as I think he believes they make his models look high class....I think it makes them look like they are blind or something.

The point is to show how the outfit will look when you are out and about in your daily life. Obviously they are not advocating that people wear sunglasses inside a building or in a studio.
