I am getting the runtime error, too Using Windows 7 with Firefox 31.0, and iPhone.

Yes, this has been going on for a while now. At least several days. I'm sure they're aware of it, because they'll get an error report in their log every time it happens.
By the way, it's not related to your device or your software.
The errors are specific to the website servers.
Hard to believe they allow so many technical problems, never acknowledge them to the customers, and never seem to move away from what appears to be an antiquated system.

It's Saturday morning and I've already lost count of the number of Run Time Error messages I've received. I guess there's nothing that can be done to correct this issue? (An issue I have ONLY with the QVC forum site).

I'm posting the same thing on every thread!
PLEASE fix the runtime errors, and also the agonizingly SLOW response time. I did not have much problem yesterday, but this morning it's awful! Someone needs to do something about this website and these boards.....PLEASE!
