You don't offer any specifics, so I have no idea what you're talking about. As for returns, I'm guessing someone gives things a once over and has it repackaged. What do you expect them to do, throw them out? I once returned a blazer I didn't even bother to try on because the color was SO off ... and I didn't like it. Couldn't that be re-shipped?

I received a returned pedi solutions memory foam mattress topper. I will not do a lengthy to explain how I knew. Am a 20 year customer. The clue should have been slept on.
