Re: LeBron James . . . really?

Girl.....that's nothin'! My sports radio station has been talking about this for the last month! Even THEY said they're getting tired of it...and they make their living off of stuff like this! Smiley Very Happy. It's just a slow time-of-the-year for American sports, so there's nothing else to focus on.

It's a good time to be Cleveland, though!

Re: LeBron James . . . really?

I live in NE Ohio. It's LaBron every day, no matter where he is. His wife always wanted to come back home where their families are.

I think a lot of fuss is made over this guy, but he does do a lot of charitable work here, especially for underprivileged kids and continued to do so even when people hated on him for leaving. He seems to mature as time goes by, and gives me the impression of being a good dad and husband which is more than can be said of a lot of sports stars. His mom was a piece of work, tho'.

TRUE DAT !!!! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Welcome Home LeBron!!! Cleveland sure has missed you!!

If you know his life story or followed his HS playing days you'd be cheering, too. He is an awesome young man who came up hard in the housing projects of Akron and made something of himself because of one man.......his HS coach who cared.

I like the fact that he married his 'baby mama'. A lot of them don't.
