My Vionic Order Can't Be Located in the Warehouse?

Whaaaa? I just now checked my order status and it shows it's in process. I called c/s and was informed that one of two things happened:

1. The manufacturer didn't send enough of the white in my size

or

2. They can't be located in the warehouse

This is just ridiculous. I don't know whether to cancel or just ride this one out in the hopes that they'll find the size 6 in white.

if it makes you feel any better I am receiving the wrong shoes altogether from Orthaheel for the past tsv. If it was just one pair that is understandable but two pairs in separate shipping boxes if ridiculous! it is actually the third order they screwed up in the past two months!

And I wear a pair of bone-colored New Balance when I ordered white. Fortunately for me, I decided I actually liked the bone better than what I ordered so I didn't go through the trouble of returning even though a return would have been free. The mistake was made by one of QVC's competitors, not QVC.
