If they are defective, absolutely. If they hurt or just don't fit well, you can. However, I always wear my shoes and boots around my carpeted house or around the carpeted office for several hours. That way, if they hurt of don't fit well, they have clean soles when I return them. The refund policy is very liberal, so yes, you can return shoes that you've worn.

I would ""test run"" new shoes or boots indoors for comfort. That way I would not be returning them scuffed up of otherwise worn looking. Someone else may be able to wear them.

Even if you COULD I think it is unethical to do it unless they are defective. Not if they just don't fit or if you don't like them. It would be unethical to return them if they couldn't be resold.

Yes. You can wear them for up 30 days and send them back for any reason. It's their policy.
