Just curious . . . is there a reason you don't want to use any mayonnaise? I'll be glad to hunt through my recipe file and cookbooks tonight and try to find something . . . I think I have one at home that indeed, doesn't use mayo, but it does involved canned artichokes and it is one of my favorites, and is really simple. Best, aroc34

From Pinterest..

Cajun Crab Salad

2 cans of crab...rinse, drain & squeeze dry
(unless you are lucky enough to have fresh! In that case, use 1 1/2 cups.)

2 green onions, sliced thin

1 or 2 small stalks of celery, sliced thin and in small pieces

1 can of sliced water chestnuts, drained & chopped fine

sour cream, 1/2 to 3/4 cup

cajun spice blend, to taste

butter leave lettuce, washed & dried

cherry tomatoes for garnish

asparagus and/or hard boiled eggs as garnish also...

Rinse and drain crab. Squeeze dry.
Add all ingredients except sour cream and garnishes. Mix well.
Stir in and mix well the sour cream.

Store in the fridge to chill until ready to eat. Tastes great cold!

You can use yogurt instead of mayo. Unflavored of course!
