Zoji Virtuoso Bread Machine Italian Bread Recipe Request

fanyankee, thank you and I suppose I can leave out the Basil but I was looking for recipes that would be a great copy of the Italian bread we got in the City years ago.. I will try this one first and see what happens..

fanyankee, I tried the page 14 recipe and it turned out well however it was not the texture or taste of the Italian bread that I grew up with so I am still looking.

I am still looking for a good recipe but recently I was wondering if there is a Virtuoso machine Ciabatta recipe.

Actually was not there and that is why I asked here hoping someone had adapted one for the Virtuoso.

The Virtuoso is a 2 pound loaf machine so I would think any 2 pound loaf recipe would work. I have not made any of these,but the sources I consider very reliable.
