2 Ingredient Cakes - Anyone have recipes to share?

I recently tried a 2 ingredient cake. Spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin. Delicious!!!

I wanted something which had less fat, cholesterol and was easy to make. This certainly fits the bill! It is so delicious and moist! I would never have thought it would come out so good.

Any way, does anyone have any other 2 or 3 ingredient cake recipes?

Also, would pumpkin be good with any other kind of cake mix --- such as yellow or white?

These are not two ingredient cakes. A cake mix has many ingredients. You just do not have to haul them out of your pantry.

I have never tasted a decent two-ingredient cake. The ones made with soda are totally disgusting.

Cakes need eggs. Cakes made without eggs taste like bath sponge, not sponge cake. I once made a batch of cake mix + soda muffins, and took them to work. People said they were good, but I thought they were tasteless. Maybe slathering them with frosting makes them less bland?

I make a cake in a mug...actually a huge coffee cup. I fill it about half full of any cake mix. Add about 1 Tbsp oil and enough water to make it cake batter consistency. Microwave about 2 3/4 min depending on size. I usually add a little canned frosting when I take it out of micro and still hot.
