Need Recipe: Italian Red Wine Braised Beef (Slow Cooker)

Just got a new slow cooker and want to try it out with an Italian red wine (Barolo?) braised beef recipe. Anyone have a fav especially for the slow cooker? Thanks.

I thought some of the great cooks that post here might have a favorite recipe that was ""tried and true"".
