Another twist for the muffin pan....

Make brownie batter and fill halfway up your muffin cup. Bake until done. This will be your liner. Then, add a square of any type of frozen cookies you like...... Now, you have your brownie as the liner and the cookie inside. Bake until done, of course.

ETA - my husband told me he saw this on FB but of course, I didnt' get the temps and times.... I could google it and come back..... If I find it, I'll BBL...... LOL

Sounds good and easy anyway, right?????

Was totally confused about ""baking until done"" twice and using a ""square frozen cookie"". The link makes more sense and sounds good! Thanks!

Sorry, I forgot to come back with the facts. LOL

I was busy baking zucchini chips.... They are still in the oven and they are smellin' pretty good. I added parmesan cheese.......
