Another Recipe for Andes Mints.....

The cake recipe posted by FunkyHulaGirl reminded me of this easy recipe.........after baking a pan of brownies......unwrap Andes Mints and place on top of brownies while still warm....as they soften you just spread like an icing.....quick dessert!
