Beet chips

I bought some of the the other day and they're very good. Does anyone make them at home?

I have made them before. I just sliced the beets thinly on a mandoline, tossed them with olive oil, salt and pepper, put them on a rack placed in a sheet pan. Roasted them for about 35 minutes at 400. After they cool they will crisp up and yes, they are delicious. HTH Smile
