These were on Q yesterday when they showed the Vitamix. I have another show I recorded but have not watched yet. I will have to see what they show on it. I got these few recipes when I was watching a bit yesterday.

Sorbet

1 lb fruit

1 c yogurt

Sweetener to your liking.

Banana Ice Cream

2 frozen bananas

1 fresh banana

Cup in pieces & blend in the Vitamix. Jan Mueller added chocolate & walnuts.

Pineapple Banana Smoothie Jill Bauer

1 can crushed pineapple with juice

1 banana

1 cup or so of ice

Blend in Vitamix.

When they showed it the other day when they had the Vitamix TSV it was thick from the start. Using the frozen bananas will make it thick. If you used all fresh bananas you would have to add ice to get it to thicken up. You have to use the tamper that comes with it to get all the banana down in the blades to make it.

Thanks so much for posting this. I forgot the specifics and made a shake, instead! Still good, but not the ice cream my husband awaited ${#emotions_dlg.blush}$
