SMOKY-SWEET ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN

This caught my eye in the latest issue of Costco Connection. I love smoked paprika. Made it last night - delicious.

2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
1 T olive oil
4 t smoked paprika
1 T brown sugar
1-1/2 t garlic powder
1 t ground cumin
1 t oregano
1 t salt
1/2 t coarse grind black pepper
1/4 t cinnamon

Rub pork tenderloin with oil. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Rub spice mixture all over pork. Place pork in shallow baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Roast in 450 preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.

Can't wait for my next trip to Costco to get the ingredients I don't have on hand. This sounds yummy.
