Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake

DH was very pleased with this dish; said it was like eating at a B&B. The reason I liked it was that my prep time was five minutes. I layered this in a Temptations oblong baker.

Tube of cinnamon rolls cut into quarters and placed on bottom of dish (I bought the store brand for $2).

Beat 3 eggs with one-half cup of 1/2 & 1/2. Add a teaspoon of vanilla and a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Pour over rolls and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. Top with the icing that came with the rolls. I set out some syrup but we didn't use much of that. I also added some cut up strawberries on the side.
