Cream Cheese Peach Pie

1 UNBAKED pie shell

1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Cream the cream cheese til smooth. Beat in the eggs, sugar and cinnamon til smooth. Pour the mixture into UNBAKED pie shell. Bake at 425* for 15-20 minutes OR til the crust is LIGHTLY browned. COOL, then top with glaze.(recipes follows...

Peach Glaze:

4 cups sliced peaches

3 HEAPING tablespoons cornstarch

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

Combine the water, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in 1 CUP of the peaches. Bring to a boil and then boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rest of the peaches. Stir well then pour over COOLED baked pie. Refrigerate AT LEAST 2 HOURS! Serve with some whip cream on the top of each slice.
