I have misplaced my recipe for Crack Dip made in a crockpot. I would like it for a 4th of July bar-b-que as the group is requesting it, it's so good. Thank you so much :)

Is this the one that tastes like s'mores and you dip graham crackers into?

Couldn't find the crockpot one so using this one.

Yes, it's very addictive

CRACK DIP

16 oz sour cream

1 oz pkg Hidden Valley original Ranch Dip

3 oz real bacon bits

1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Mix, refrigerate 24 hrs before serving. Easily doubled for 12 people. Serve with ridged potato chips, crackers or veggies.

PinkSugar- Don't know if this is what you are looking for-the name of this dip is "Crack Dip" but depending on who I serve it to, I sometimes rename it as jalapeno popper dip.

  • 2-8oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 4 oz can of diced chilis
  • 2 oz can jalapeno diced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

mix the first 4 ingredients together.

transfer mixture to a 9 in pie dish

    top with parmesan cheese

bake in oven until parmesan cheese browns.

In a hurry? microwave for 3min or til cheese is melted.
  • I don't know why you couldn't put this in a crockpot-your cheese won't brown, but should melt. I usually serve this with tortilla chips, fritos scoops, celery sticks, carrots sticks-whatever you like! {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}
