Ginger Chicken

6 chicken thighs...skinned and boned

1/3 cup flour

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon (or use a bit less, depending on taste) garlic powder

Flour chicken, place in skillet and brown in oil. Cook about 5 minutes on each side (or til done) over medium heat. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken in skillet. Cook 6-8 minutes. ****I serve this with rice****
