Cheddar Cheese Cornbread

2 sticks butter...melted

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 16 ounce can cream style corn

1/2 cup monterey jack cheese...shredded

1/2 cup cheddar cheese...shredded

1 cup flour

1 cup yellow cornmeal

4 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs and corn. Set aside. In another bowl, Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add butter mixture. Add cheeses. Bake at 300* degrees for one hour. **********NOTE********* I have at times added a a little bit of chopped green chilies.
