I have made this and its really good, I like add some cheese on top of the potatoes and use some fresh garlic and minced onion and some times peppers with the hamburger...so good and easy..I also have never made it on the stove top I usually put it in the oven in a casserole dish!!! but use what you have on hand for a quick meal!! Sloppy Joe Casserole

Sloppy Joe Casserole
Makes 6 servings

1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
15-oz. can sloppy Joe sauce


Layer browned ground beef in a 12-inch skillet; arrange potato slices on top.

Sprinkle with onion. Pour sloppy Joe sauce over top; simmer, uncovered, 30
minutes.
