Seeking Recipe Using Kraft English Cheddar Cheese (Jar)

i am trying to find a lost recipe for an appetizer usiing Kraft English Cheddar Cheese (in the jar), crabmeat and English muffins. there may be other ingredients, but i just cannot remember.
