and it looks divine! The mold you used is quite lovely. I can't wait for an occasion to make it. Have you ever swapped lime juice for lemon juice in this recipe? Looks like your garnish has slices of lime in addition to sliced pears.

I've make a salad using lime jello and canned pears but I just stuffed them with softened cream cheese and cherry juice which gave the cream cheese a pale pink color and then placed them in the lime jello to congeal. I also placed a marashcino cherry on top of each stuffed pear.
