recipe from Bobs newest p/c book

Just tried the Scallops Veracruzano on page 113. Boy is it good!!! The broth is really tasty and the scallops came out tender and flavorful. Am serving it over linguini and lots of bread to sop up the broth. Only took 2 minutes to cook. You know how tough scallops get if over cooked and they are very pricey to boot. Would work with shrimp too. Yummy!!!!!
