Oriental Chicken Rolls

3/4 cup red Russian dressing OR a sweet tangy dressing...I use Catalina

1 tablespoon soy sauce..more if you like

1 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts...drained

1/3 cup sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup green onions...chopped

2 whole chicken breasts (about 1 pound each)..SKINNED, BONED AND POUNDED FLAT.

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 cups hot cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350*. Mix dressing and soy sauce together and set aside. In a small bowl mix together water chestnuts and mushrooms, onions and 2 tablespoons of the dressing mixture. Divide vegetables equally over the top of chicken pieces. Roll up pieces and secure with toothpicks In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, place chicken rolls and remaining dressing mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 minutes or til tender. Serve over cooked rice.
