Honey Oat Bread

makes a 2 lb. loaf in bread machine:

HONEY OAT BREAD

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups 2% milk (or water)
• 2 tablespoons butter, margarine or oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups flour (AP, bread, white wheat, wheat or any mixture thereof)
• 1 cup old fashioned oats
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order recommended by your manufacturer. Use regular light setting.

i just pulled this bread out of my machine....it is delicious!!!
