Lasagna recipe needed

I hope you guys can help me, when I was growing up my mom made lasagne that had hard boiled egg slices and jack cheese in it. It also had the meat sauce, and the recipe was on the back of the Golden Grain lasagna box. This was early 70s. Any type of help would be appreciated. TIA.
