Buffalo Chicken Dip ?

Hi, Everyone! I hope all is well. Now, on to my silly question. I am making this recipe using the ranch dressing. My friend bought a bag of Tyson chicken tenders. They are fully cooked, 29oz. bag. I think they have a light breading on them. Will they work in this recipe? I wanted to use a rotisserie chicken, but, all the store had was lemon-pepper.
